This is another good website that has a lot of activities on it. In this instance it is over American History. There are a lot to choose from and I like the Underground Railroad activity. These are great activites to do and I think they can be useful inside the classroom. They will be useful in the unit that you are doing.

I think that history channel website can be used as an interactive website because of the information that it does hold. In that aspect though, some of the information on it cannot be useful. As long as the students are using it for history instead of some of the other areas of the History Channel then it could be distracting.

I found a website that there are a lot of games to choose from to use in the classroom. I think it would be a good way for kids who get done early to play on games. In a block scheduling they might get done early. Probably not in the a day to day school scheduling.

Kimberlynn has a very thorough blog. I like the virtual disection of the frog. If i was going into science part of teaching I think that would one great way of doing it without actually having it be hands on. Another part of her blog that I liked was the swats. I think that is great information because I did not realize that schools even do that anymore. But why doesnt it surprise me.
Daniel has a good blog. The post on using blogs in the classroom can really be usefull. I agree with him that they can be used effectively in the classroom. I also did not realize that moodle was out there to use. That might also be useful in the classroom. A good blog with a lot of information
Heather has a great web blog. Easy to navigate and I think that is a good feature to have if you are going to have one in the classroom. She does a good job explaining the Oregon Trail and I like the homework helper post.
C2 does a great job with his videos and his last post shows what the his meaning on the videos really mean. I think that assignment will work well inside a classrooom. All in all I thought it was great.
